As a graphic designer for the Metaproject 12 book in collaboration with Modkat, I worked closely with a graduate assistant to bring this book to life. The course focused on industrial design students establishing a working relationship with Modkat, a company dedicated to improving the litter box experience for both cats and their owners. In line with the RIT Vignelli 'Design is One' ethos, the students were tasked with designing a product that aligned with Modkat's values and procedures, integrating elements of material exploration, engineering, marketing, and user experience. My role as a graphic designer involved visually capturing and presenting the students' design solutions within the book, highlighting the innovative and meaningful results achieved through their collaboration with Modkat.
